Get the psy helmet is a storyline task that is assigned in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Lost Alpha standalone mod.

Overview[]
- This is a simple courier task, complicated slightly by some odd behaviour from Sakharov.
Notes[]
- Quickest route to the objective is through the Swamps.
- Asking for the item at Sakharov's counter fails. The player will need to open his inner office door and get closer.
- Obtaining the Not adjusted psi-helmet concludes the mission and spawns the Meet the scientist mission to the Concrete Factory.
- (v1.4007) Since your reputation with the Military likely dropped to '-1300', 1 (out of 3, usually the one at the entrance to Sakharov's Bunker) will immediately open fire to player. He can be safely terminated at any time as the rest of the boys will stay passive.
Trivia[]
- Acquisition of the target object adds an undroppable 1.0 kg to the player's inventory.
- The later addition of the more practical Functional psi-helmet will add a further 1.0 kg and the Not adjusted psi-helmet will still be undroppable (v1.3003)
