The Hanger is a minor location in Garbage in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Lost Alpha.
Overview[]
- This area is very much the same as it is in the retail release, except the Hanger grounds have been rotated 180° and a new building has been added into the cliff behind it.
- Inside the hanger is full of machinery, dimly lit and has a catwalk round the inside and outside of the building.
- The doorway at the back leads into a large, open room. It is filled with crates, a truck stands parked at the entrance and a sleeping area is found at the back.
- There are three entrances to a tunnel system that lies beneath the hanger. One outside by the front gate, a second can be found inside the Hanger and finally the third found inside the cliff building.
Storyline[]
- The player is contacted via PDA by Yurik and asked to assist the Loners in regaining control of the Hangar from the Bandit gang led by Vasya Boar.
Side Missions[]
- Seriy will issue the optional side-mission Kill the zombies which involves removing the zombie presence from the Vehicle Graveyard.
- No reputation points are awarded for completing this mission, just some minor provisions.
